Sgt. Papers is a duo formed in Sonora México on 2017 by the brothers Ivan and Felipe Garcia. They’re one of the most hard and consistent bands of the mexican independent music scene. From its start, this duo made a reputation for the delivery of energy and volume on their live shows, setting something very cleary: Punk’s not dead, at most it’s in a comma. Thousands of concert goers, dozens of broken noses, and lost cellphones in the moshpit backup this information. Corporations think they like this band’s music, but we’re not sure, since the last 2 brand-related shows were shut down because of noise complaints.
