Renowned purveyor of West Coast acid jazz and sample-based hip-hop, producer/ DJ/multi-instrumentalist Greyboy (Andreas Stevens) An innovative experimentalist whose landmark series of shape-shifting albums over the past few decades unveiled de-facto blueprints for a generation of beatsmiths who sought to expand the boundaries of traditional boom-bap. Stevens also served as mastermind/co founder of The Greyboy Allstars; the rare-groove institution a mainstay on the jazz-funk scene for a quarter century, and now his journey continues with the new outfit ‘Greyboy & the Midnight Sound Affairʼ.
